Agenda Summery
Photo Swap: We are inviting attendees to send ahead
of time old photos including pictures of the family
young and old ( churches, birthdays even previous
reunions. Labeling photos with names, dates, places.
We are having these photos scanned and burned to a
CD with music ahead of time. This CD will be shown
at the reunion. A CD will be available to purchase
at the end of the evening. We may be having the reunion
video taped for a showing at the next reunion.
Family Scavenger Hunt: Creating a booklet with family-related
questions. Please send info regarding things about
yourself or your family.
Along with this we are asking family members to send
in a favorite family recipes having them include details
on, memories of were it came from & a photo (when
available)
A booklet will be made with questions such as how
old were Sarvino and Flora when they married?
A Prize will be awarded to the one with the most correct
answers.
While many family members will no doubt bring their
own cameras, we would like to purchase several disposable
cameras to have on the tables for those spontaneous
moments collecting them at the end to keep the fun
going. Using the photos to create and send out a post
reunion newsletter.
A DJ will be hired to spin the tunes for the evening
please send in any request you would like to hear.
A caricaturist will also be hired for the evening
to capture a funny moment in time
We are also asking for wedding albums to be brought
to the reunion being placed at a table that will be
set aside just for this. Please bring your parents
album if they have passed on. This is a great way
to remember the past.
We will also be having several raffles to help raise
funds for the post reunion news letter and to start
the next reunion.
We will also have games for children of all ages please
bring your children…. They make the reunion
memorable !!! We are having a balloonist for two hours,
several games and if they would like a costume contest.

Then a Hot buffet out at 6:30 Dinner :

5) Oven Roasted Potatoes
6) Mixed Vegetables
7) Tossed Salad
